Once payment information is sent to our gateway, the transaction is scrambled utilizing a unique string of keys. This source key recognizes the merchant creating the payment for authorization. Individual keys are generated for each connection you have as a merchant. For example, if Payment Savvy is integrating with your software for direct payment transmission – this software will receive an exclusive identifying source key. Keys can be rescinded or recreated if misuse or fraud of a key is suspected.

 

TRANSPORT LAYER SECURITY (TLS)

To guarantee a secure payment experience, Payment Savvy’s gateway utilizes a 2048-bit RSA key and does not back weak or susceptible ciphers. TLS delivers privacy and data integrity between multiple interacting applications.
